INSTRUCTION:
All licenses are issued based on the applicant’s ability and achievements.
Boxer’s age must be between 18 and 36 years.
Foreign boxers who came to Pakistan with a visit visa status cannot get a PBC license.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR LICENSING:
Valid CNIC or passport copy.
Latest passport size picture in hard and soft form.
Latest Blood tests, Hepatitis B (hbsag), Hepatitis C (HCV), Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), and Urine Pregnancy Test (UPT) for females.
CT scan brain WITH BONE WINDOW on film and reporting.
Eye examination form with picture attested by eye specialist.
License form with Doctor Physical Examination form.
Boxer Information form.
Consent Letter signed by parents guardian or blood relative (Brother, Sister or Wife).
Police Character Certificate.
NOC if boxer serving any government department.

All tests are accepted from the ISLAMABAD DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, CHUGHTAI LAB and A1 DIAGNOSTIC only.

A debut boxer, or a boxer who applying for a renewal of a license must submit all of the documents 10 days before the event.
Those boxers who fight abroad must submit their documents 15 days prior to the departure, otherwise, the commission will not grant an authority letter.
A boxer who fights abroad must provide a post-fight medical examination by a ringside physician, and must submit it to the commission within 72 hours of returning home.
If a boxer can not bring a post-fight medical examination form varified by the event ringside physician he must repeat the whole medical procedure.
