Clash of Nations: Islamabad Showdown

Clash of Nations: Islamabad Showdown brought together professional boxers from Pakistan and around the world for a major night of international professional boxing in Islamabad.
Sanctioned by the Pakistan Boxing Council (PBC), the event featured an extensive 18-bout card across multiple weight divisions, including super middleweight, super lightweight, super welterweight, atomweight, welterweight, middleweight and cruiserweight.
The headline bout saw Pakistan's Shahir Afridi stop Egypt's Mohamed Metwaly by second-round TKO in a highly anticipated super middleweight contest. The card also featured strong performances from Muhammad Ameer Khan, Moin Khan, Osama Ali, Abida Batool, Habib Ur Rehman, Fajar Fatima and other emerging professionals.
The event showcased a strong international presence, with fighters representing Pakistan, Egypt, Iran, Türkiye and other backgrounds competing alongside Pakistan's developing professional talent.
Promoted through a collaboration between AB Promotions, Tunal Academy, Reyes Boxing Inc and SKB Promotion, the event was matched by the Pakistan Boxing Council and TWS.
The Clash of Nations series demonstrated PBC's commitment to creating international-level opportunities for Pakistani fighters, bringing overseas competition to Pakistan while strengthening the country's professional boxing ecosystem and maintaining professional standards in regulation and officiating.
